Roselle Hibiscus Iced Tea

- 1/4 Cup Dried Roselle
- 4 Cups Water
- 1/4 Cup Muscovado or Washed Sugar (Optional and adjust sweetness to personal preference )
Instructions:
Bring water to boil. Mix in optional sugar. Stir in the dried roselle. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain the roselle. Allow the tea to cool. Serve chilled or on the rocks with ice. Lasts 4-5 days in the fridge.
For touch of farm, serve with a sprig of rosemary or mint or an edible flower.
