Green Chili & Pink Onion Sawsawan
A cup of Kasuy or Mango vinegar. Dice one whole red onion or half, depending on size. Slice half a green chili, in a round shape like jalapenos. Add a pinch of salt. Slice a calamansi and let float on top. Pretty!
Red Chili & Garlic Sawsawan
A cup of Kasuy or Mango vinegar. Dice one clove of garlic. Slice half a red chili. Add a dash of salt.
A cup of Kasuy or Mango Vinegar. Chop a glove of garlic and half a red onion. Add slices of tomato and green chilis. A dash of sea salt and black pepper. And a squeeze of calamansi.
