3pc (“fingers”) of turmeric, pounded
4 to 5 pc calamansi
3-4 tbsp honey
Wash and pound the turmeric. No need to peel. Bring water to boil and turn off heat. Place the turmeric in the water and let steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Strain.
Let cool a bit. When it’s not so hot, add the calamansi and honey.
