Saba Banana Bread
Shout out to all the quarantine bakers who've just found their new calling! This one's for you. A nutritious, Filipino-inspired banana bread. YUM.
To make
- Saba banana flour, 1 cup
- Ripe saba or latundan bananas, 4 pcs
- Coco sugar, 1 cup
- Egg, 1 pc
- Crushed cardamom, 1 tsp
- Salted butter, 50g
- Baking soda, 1 tsp
- Add a local nut like cashew if desired
Mix the ingredients together in this order, and bake for one hour. Enjoy 🍌
