A delicious take on a Filipino breakfast classic! Bring water to boil, turn off heat. Place okra in the hot water for 4 minutes. Take the cooked okra and gently mash the body with a fork. Place okra in egg mixture to coat. Pan fry on low heat in oil of your choice until golden. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
